Speech Language Pathologist / SLP / Speech Therapist / Speech Therapy-PRN (As Needed Hours) Position for Home Health patients in the Green Bay and surrounding areas.

Educational Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution. Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
Position Requirements
100% travel necessary on a daily basis. Minimum of two years work experience as a Speech Therapist in a multidisciplinary setting required. Knowledge of speech therapy principles, concepts, and methodologies appropriate for terminally ill clients. Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with clients and families.
Job Specific Details:This is a less than part-time position working on average up to 10 hours/week
