ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
ProMedica Home Health Care, previously Heartland Home Health Care, is searching for a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist to support their home health patients in the Milwaukee, Waukesha and Brookfield areas.
Responsible for providing quality rehabilitative occupational therapy to clients. Initiates planned, purposeful activity designed to enhance the physical and psychosocial functioning of the client.

100% travel necessary on a daily basis. Previous home care experience not imperative, but 1 or more years of experience is preferred. Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, concepts and methodology appropriate for terminally ill clients. Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
Job Specific Details:Full-Time or Part-Time OT role in the Milwaukee/Waukesha areas
Educational Requirements
Bachelors or Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.Currently licensed as an OT in the state and in good standing with the Board. Certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
