Description

Assisted Living (AL) Recruiting Position 

ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

Consults with ProMedica Senior Care personnel to define need or problem. Conducts studies and surveys to obtain data, analyzes and advises on a recommended solution. Provides expert advice and counsel in recruiting. Implements national nurse recruitment programs. Assures, through actions, that the company image as an ethical and high quality provider is developed and maintained.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.

Position Requirements

Recruiting experience and minimal Bachelor's degree in related field required. Assisted Living or Long-term care experience preferred.

 

Job Specific Details:

This is a remote position with possible occasional travel.  Will recruit for multiple states.
