Description:

Serving Washington County

ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare is one of the leading providers of Hospice, Home Care Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Palliative Care, and Assisted & Independent Living.  Responsible for providing quality rehabilitative physical therapy under the direction and supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist. Work with clients involving musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary deficiencies. Promote excellent customer service while adhering to state and federal standards. Qualifications

100% travel on a daily basis. At least one year work experience in a hospital of home health facility required. Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology of physical therapy appropriate for terminally ill clients. Excellent communication and rapport buiding skills with clients and families.

Educational Requirements

Graduate of a 2 year college program that leads to an Associates Degree and that has been approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Currently licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state and in good standing with the Board.
