The Management Recruiter position is part of the corporate recruitment team that is responsible for aggressive recruiting activities for management level positions in our skilled nursing facilities. This full-life cycle role will partner with senior leadership on their hiring needs and develop a strategy to ensure efficient and effective hiring of quality talent. The Recruiter also would be responsible with sourcing, screening, interview logistics, consistent communications with candidate and hiring managers.

Bachelor's Degree in human resources, communications, or related field required.
